Experienced hands-on Executive with a demonstrated history of 20+ years in managing and scaling international IT teams (Ops, DevOps, R&D, BI, ITSM, QA, Office-IT, Customer Support).

With fluency in both technology strategy and business language, I have effectively developed the business-aligned technology vision and strategic plan.
I have created, coached, motivated and provided leadership for geographically dispersed teams (with up to 120 team members) that design, deliver and operate technology 24/7/365 services.
My focus is creating IT solutions that serve business agility and adapt smoothly in fast-moving environments.
